All Campus Picnic 2023
All Campus Picnic is a yearly tradition at Washington State University. Held on the Friday before classes, right after Convocation, Dining Services feeds thousands of students, faculty, and staff in one of the large outdoor spaces on campus. There are also a few dozen booths set up by clubs, departments, and centers to drum up interest for the new semester.
As you can imagine, guiding several thousand people through the event safely and efficiently is quite the task. This project included pedestrian bridge banners, decals on the ground, sandwich boards and easel boards, and a booth topper for volunteer check-in.
